The objective is to stay connected with the member and also to show them our appreacition towards them. Each member will receive a birthday greetings on their birthday month, there’s a redemption code feature in the microsite. This is for them to redeem their gifts at any of the 3 counters in KL. Greetings are sent via multiple channels such as DM, EDM, SMS as well as MMS. Reminders are scheduled twice times in a cycle. The ultimate goal is to have all ensure our customers are happy with the arrangement as well as getting feedback directly form them.
